Ingredients
Main Ingredients
  • 4 chicken thighs bite size cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup cheese shredded
Spicy Sauce
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon korean pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon korean red pepper paste gochujang
  • 2 tablespoon water
Instructions
  1. Mix all sauce ingredient together. Place the sauce into a frying pan with the onion and chicken. Cook it all together in medium high heat.
  2. Transfer the chicken into a cute serving bowl once cooked. Add shredded cheese or sliced cheese on top. Cook in conventional oven on low heat until the cheese is melted.
