Korean Chicken with Cheese
Main Ingredients
4 chicken thigh, bite size cubes
Onions cut into small pieces, amount depends on preference
Sliced or shredded cheese
Sauce (Mixed all ingredient into a bowl)
7 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
2 tablespoons of Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice wine
1/2 tablespoon corn syrup (or any type of sweet syrup)
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoon of Korean red pepper paste (gochujang)
2 tablespoons of water
Mix all sauce ingredient together. Place the sauce into a frying pan with the onion and chicken. Cook it all together in medium high heat.
Transfer the chicken into a cute serving bowl once cooked. Add shredded cheese or sliced cheese on top. Cook in conventional oven on low heat until the cheese is melted.
